whitedotsports.com will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver items as quickly as possible and within any time periods indicated; however,
whitedotsports.com will not be responsible for any delays in delivery which are beyond its control. If goods are unavailable or there is a delay in delivery whitedotsports.com will notify its customers within 10 business days.
Goods will be shipped via courier. Once the order has been confirmed and processed, goods will be shipped, please allow 7 - 30 business days.
We do not ship Nutrition (Like health products, Whey Protein, and Mass gainers) and pharmaceutical products outside India.
(a.) Order Process and Payment terms
You are invited to check out our wide range of products and prices.
Select the products and add them to the cart. All products have some minimum order quantity, which is also mentioned on each product page. Please crosscheck that before planning to place the order.
3. On checkout, the shipping price will be calculated on the basis of the delivery address.
4. Please choose your preferred payment method. Kindly take note that certain payment gateways may charge for transactions, and the cost will be borne by the buyer. If you wish to avoid any additional fees, we recommend selecting Bank Transfer as your payment option.
5. Once the payment is done, we will start working on your order.
6. It may take 2 to 15 days to dispatch your order depending on the order volume.
(b.)Delivery Information
1. Order will be dispatched only after receiving full payment.
2. We offer free as well as paid shipping throughout the world. Shipping charges are automatically added to your order at the time of checkout.
3. Please allow 2 to 7 working days for your order to be dispatched.
4. As soon as your package ships, we will email you your package tracking information.
5. The orders might not be delivered to PO boxes or military addresses, rural addresses require one or more additional days to deliver.
6. Orders requiring engraving or any customization will require additional time and may take more time to dispatch which will be informed prior to taking the order.
7. For shipments delivered, the customer’s state/country may charge CUSTOM / IMPORT Duty on top of the price of the item. These charges are beyond our control paid by the buyer and can’t be reimbursed.
8. Our delivery partners are authorized to deposit duties on behalf of the customer and the customer can then directly clear these with the delivery partners on receiving the packet.
9. Cancellation requests are accepted only if the order is not dispatched. Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
10. Shipping charges are automatically added to your order at the time of checkout.
11. It may take 7 to 60 days depending on the delivery address.

(d.) Return & Refund Policy
We accept returns and provide refunds with the following condition.
1. Raise return request within 3 days from the date of delivery.
2. Product should new with a tag/label and should not be used.
3. To return the shipment, one has to ship it to our following warehouse using their own shipping service.
4. Once the product is received, we will check the condition and make a refund if its unused condition.
5. We will refund you only the product value you paid while placing the order. Shipping charges and COD charges
are non-refundable.
(e.) Order Cancellation Policy
1. We make a full refund if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of the order placement. Once, the order is dispatched it cannot be cancelled.

Cancellations by the Customer:
In case we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed/approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us. whitedotsports.com has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by whitedotsports.com and accepts the decision of whitedotsports.com regarding the cancellation.
